We offer individual/ small group Counselling sessions in an environment that’s creative and fun.
We genuinely care about you and your children’s mental health and well-being that is why we choose to offer Counselling/ Education in a confidential, helpful and affordable manner. I believe mental health and well-being education is the key to creating wellness and stability in your children’s life.
My vision is to provide psycho-education in a collaborative style that is filled with fun, creative activities that provides enjoyment that encourages self confidence and builds strengths. Together we can explore skills/ practice role plays and create strategies to enhance and promote resilience.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
Sometimes we may use one or a combination of therapies in session in order to meet children where they are on the day and to ensure they feel comfortable and at ease during our sessions.
Therapies may include:
During our initial contact my role as a Registered Counsellor is to listen intently, provide empathy and help discover together, if your child feels comfortable and we are the right match. It is important that you and your child feel safe and secure. Along our journey together, I hope to empower you as a parent and provide some additional resources that may assist. Throughout my therapy sessions I put great emphasis on the importance of being your true self in order to practice that therapeutic alliance.
My counselling approach is Child-Centred where I believe the therapeutic relationship is the key to a successful outcome. I like to provide children with choice throughout our sessions together, although at times I will liaise with parent/guardian to gain some insight into their individual situation.
Confidentiality will be maintained at all times between your child and the child therapist (Counsellor). If there is something concerning I will ask your child’s permission to share with you. Children are often reluctant/ anxious to attend therapy for a number of reasons this is completely normal. Overall, I like to work with both parent and the child in a collaborative style when it comes to making decision concerning therapeutic goals/ interventions.
Inside out
The name of my business was inspired by my deep fascination with Children's Counselling and the unique way therapy can unlock transformation—an experience that children might not always see coming, often described as "magic." The word Enchanted captures this sense of wonder and unexpected growth.
The Tree symbolizes growth—reaching towards hopes, dreams, and personal goals. Trees are strong, resilient, and ever-growing, much like the journey of self-discovery and healing that we embark on together. As for House, it represents the idea of feeling grounded and secure. Just as a home provides safety and stability, I strive to help children build strong foundations—connecting them to their authentic selves and helping them understand and embrace their own values and beliefs.Together, the name embodies a place of magic, growth, and grounding—a space where children can flourish and thrive.
My name is Jessica and I am a Registered Counsellor. We work within the boundaries of our Code of Ethics and Scope of Practice in accordance with The Australian Counselling Association.
